Cross Country Training Goal

Cross Country Training is going AWESOME.

For Cross Country I set a goal to run 75 km for the whole of Training.
I have been running 8 laps minimum and 10 maximum.
I feel I have been working well for this goal.
I can't wait for Cross Country.
