Valerie Adam's early potential   was spotted by a P.E teacher at her high school in Mangere. She was 13 years old.Valerie Adams likes to watch full episodes and play fun virtual pet games.Valerie Adams was  married to fellow sports star, New Caledonian discus thrower Bertrand Vili. The couple parted in 2010.

Valerie Adams  won the gold medal at Commenwealth games in Melbourne.Valerie Adams  won a gold medal inBeijing in 2008, It was New Zealand's  second gold for track and field since 1976. She scored 25 consecutive victories at the IAAF.World championships and has  broken lots of world records.

The kiwi champion had two wins at the 2010 Halberg awards and was awarded the supreme Halberg award.

In the London Olmpics 2012 Valerie Adams came second and lost the shot-put title to a girl from Belarus. But the gold medalist got her medal taken off her because she took drugs to help her performance. So.....

Valerie Adams is still the Olympic Champion for shotput.
